Aaction Rents of Windsor, Calif., has sold its party rental division, The Special Event, to Cal-West Rents of Petaluma, Calif., according to Hageman, Stansberry & Associates, who represented Aaction in the transaction. Aaction will continue to operate as a tool and equipment rental business.
