TopTec debuts new tent line and creative division

TopTec Event Tents unveiled the company’s new line of OMNI tents and debuted its new creative tent division, Imagine, during The ARA Show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

“TopTec has always been a tent partner with the creative resources to design one-of-a-kind tents,” said John Ciniglio, president of TopTec Event Tents, based in Moore, S.C. “Our new OMNI line highlights the skills of our design team. It can do it all. Imagine takes that creative energy one step further and focuses it on developing tents that capture attention and provide the backdrop for creating experiential events and one-of-a-kind celebrations.”

The OMNI tent series is designed to give event rental companies the ultimate flexibility when creating event spaces—especially in challenging terrain. From installing tents around obstacles like trees or waterways to creating an unobstructed path for optimum traffic flow, the OMNI tent series’ unique bracket design allows the tent frame to curve up to 360 degrees.

The new tent line premiered with two featured designs, both created to work with TopTec’s FutureTrac and FutureLite keder-style frame systems. The OMNI Serpentine, a curved tent frame, lets installers navigate around obstacles without breaking the flow of the tent layout. The OMNI 360 tent can curve to a full circle for an enclosed venue space, perfect for intimate concerts in the round, product premieres or speaker platforms. Both tents will be available in 10-, 15-, 20-, 30- and 40-wide options.

The manufacturer’s new creative division, Imagine, is targeted toward highly custom tent designs, original tent graphics and custom framework.

“Experiential events are becoming more and more prevalent, and it’s no longer reserved for just large brands,” said Bryan Bolt, technical support manager for TopTec Event Tents. “Wedding planners, local event planners and even collegiate teams are looking for better ways to connect with their attendees and fans by creating immersive event experiences that wow guests from every angle. That’s exactly where Imagine comes into play.”

Imagine will collaborate with event rental companies to develop tents that go beyond the ordinary industry designs, including faux finishes for framework and custom tent graphics that reinforce an event theme or corporate brand.
