McCain Capital Partners acquires Canada’s Chair-man Mills Corp.

McCain Capital Partners (MCP) has acquired Chair-man Mills and its tent and event rental divisions, Event Rental Group and Advanced Tent Rental (together, “CMMC”), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Chair-man Mills was founded in 1911. Operating from two facilities in Toronto, the company employs more than 450 people.
