Customer care pro Myrick joins Point of Rental

Kristy Myrick, the former senior director of guest assistance and customer care at Hilton, has joined Point of Rental Software as the company’s new global director of customer care. She will oversee in-house support teams in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Having hit 5,000 customers before adding nearly 2,000 PartyCAD users earlier this year, Point of Rental of Grand Prairie, Texas, is scaling its in-house customer support.

“We’ve built our reputation on caring about our customers and their success,” says Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “Kristy has made a career of managing a worldwide team, ensuring customers have great experiences. We look forward to seeing her work with our support staff to ensure all of our customers leave each interaction with a smile on their face.”
