Arena Americas, the North American division of the Arena Group, has broken ground on a new 105,000-square-foot warehouse and corporate headquarters in Oak Creek, Wis.

“The company continues to pursue its strategic growth plan, and the Oak Creek facility will be our new home for many years to come,” says Arena CEO Paul Bryant. “Arena Americas believes in the value of reinvesting in its business platform in order to sustain a healthy, dynamic division that is responsive to evolving market demands.”

The new corporate headquarters is part of a 16-acre site that increases storage area, loading dock access and product staging. The interior has been designed for increased product flow and rental-ready inventory capacity, additional table-top equipment cleaning and processing equipment, as well as a larger tenting wash bay area. Eventec, the Arena Americas custom design and manufacturing division, will be housed within the same facility. Additionally, there will be an increase in showroom space to provide better client access to Arena’s line of table top and catering equipment. Arena Americas plans to complete the move by early 2019.

“As Arena Americas continues to grow, this new state-of-the-art facility will provide us with the necessary space to expand our inventory lines and our team to best serve our customers in the entire Midwest region and the United States,” Arena Americas COO Jon Tabeling said at the May 2018 groundbreaking. “As a company, we work every day on continuous improvement of our products and service for our clients, and the commitment to this new facility is representative of the global Arena standard of excellence.
