Martin Denney succeeds Ted Anderson at BondCote

Industry News, News | January 17, 2018 | By:

Martin Denney has been named president of BondCote Corp., Pulaski, Va., replacing Ted Anderson, who retired this month after leading the company for more than 14 years. BondCote is the U.S. branch of the global textile group Heytex, based in Bramsche, Germany.

BondCote produces coated and laminated textiles for event tents; military, defense and safety, and agricultural purposes; and banners for indoor and outdoor applications. Heytex acquired BondCote in 2015.

“Our respect goes to Ted Anderson, who has consistently and successfully aligned the company with the future requirements in the textile sector,” says Dr. Heribert Decher, CEO of the Heytex Group. “Even in difficult times, he has stabilized BondCote, and without his commitment and enthusiasm after our merger, we would not be where we are now. We wish Ted Anderson all the best for his new phase of life.”

Denney brings a wealth of experience in operations and sales from the industry, including more than 10 years in a global company where he was responsible for the production of technical textiles.

“With Martin Denney, BondCote has gained an experienced managing director whose knowledge we can rely on and from whose experience the company will undoubtedly benefit. I am looking forward to working with Martin Denney and wish him every success in this new challenge.”
