L.B. White and related companies under new ownership

L.B. White Company Inc., Onalaska, Wis., has been acquired by Jeff Diermeier, Rick Diermeier and Kevin Gagermeier. The company manufacturers and markets direct-fired forced air, radiant and indirect-fired heaters for tents and other environments.

The acquisition includes L.B. White, PSI Heating Systems and two sister companies that make up Hospitality International LLC: La Crosse (manufacturer of stainless steel underbar equipment and portable bar products) and Carroll Chair Company (provider of metal frame commercial seating products and tables). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rick Diermeier has served as the company’s president and COO since 2004, and Gagermeier has served as CFO since 2007. Jeff Diermeier is the company’s new chairman.
