Meta tag: An HTML tag containing keywords that represent the contents of a Web page. Search engines specifically use these tags when identifying and finding information.

Podcasting: Sharing a digital media file via the Web for playback on media players and personal computers.

Sales funnels: The process of gathering a wide base of prospects and then narrowing this down to ultra-responsive customers using online technology.

Search engine optimisation: The process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to your Web site from search engines.

Viral marketing: Marketing that is carried out voluntarily by customers (word-of-mouth). Made prevalent due to e-mail technology.
