CORT acquires Lounge22 rental operations

CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway company, has acquired the rental operations of Lounge22. The acquisition includes all product and exclusive rights to market the rental brand globally, making CORT’s Trade Show and Events Furnishing division the sole provider of Lounge22 designs.

CORT and Lounge22 will collaborate in the development of new products, including a collection this fall. CORT plans to expand the distribution of Lounge22 products across the nation while maintaining the brand’s commitment to sustainable design and manufacturing.
