Point of Rental names Kelly Hoffman as business manager in Africa

Software provider Point of Rental, Grand Prairie, Texas, has announced its expansion within the African continent, adding Kelly Hoffman as its business manager. Based in South Africa, Hoffman will build the company’s presence by aligning hire and rental companies with software solutions.

“One of our goals is to be able to provide excellent local service to all our customers,” Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris said in a press release. “Kelly has the right experience to be successful and an EPIC attitude; we’re looking forward to watching her develop relationships with hire companies in Africa.”

“I didn’t think twice,” said Hoffman about the decision to join Point of Rental. “I knew this was the best move and the right fit, both personally and professionally.”

Hoffman started her career in the motor industry, becoming Pirtek UK’s engineering sales manager for four regions, then head of hydraulics for Parker Hannifin South Africa. For the past several years, she has run her own mobile marketing business.

She looks forward to helping African hire and rental companies develop their businesses, using her blend of equipment knowledge and entrepreneurial experience to drive their success.
