InTENTional Systems makes a big splash in the rental market by absorbing the historic, high-quality event tent product line by Eureka! and introducing the latest state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities establishing the company as a fast-moving leader in growing the industry.
In four short months while coming off a busy tent manufacturing season, InTENTional Systems has ramped up
the Binghamton, N.Y., staff, composed of respected, knowledgeable, and trustworthy members of the tent
industry by hiring additional employees for all departments and increasing inventory levels of raw and finished
goods by over 40%.
Carol Cundey, InTENTional Systems Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, who has worked in the industry for over
thirty years, is leading cutting-edge initiatives to build the brand locally and usher in a new era of innovation for
the company and industry.

The acquisition brought more investment, increased inventory levels, streamlined business processes and
invoicing, a new product pipeline backed by a team of engineers, designers, fabricators, and QA inspectors, and
more jobs to the Binghamton community. InTENTional Systems has 100 local employees and has been hiring
since the acquisition.
