Party Reflections Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., is forging ahead and planning for growth on the other side of the pandemic with two location moves to larger facilities.
The company’s 2020 plans for expansion in both Charlotte and the Triad region of North Carolina included the acquisition of larger and improved buildings for those locations. Because of the temporary limits placed on gatherings and events, the moving schedule was accelerated to prepare for the return of special events through the summer and fall.
After 15 years in its current location in Charlotte, Party Reflections has purchased and moved to a new building that will house the Charlotte sales and operations teams as well as the corporate headquarters. Having outgrown the former 115,000-square-foot facility, the new, expanded facility will increase its capacity to 185,000 square feet and offer much needed parking space for its growing team and client base.
The new facility will house a fresh consultative and interactive showroom while the warehouse will get a state-of-the-art kitchen and laundry facility uniquely designed for the clean and safe preparation of food service items. More dock space and a larger staging area will help with accuracy and efficiency.
The Greensboro location of Party Reflections is also moving to a new building that will double the capacity of the operation to 40,000 square feet. This growth expands service to the entire Triad region. Improvements to this facility will allow the Greensboro operation to grow and gain efficiencies in trucking and warehouse preparation as well as offer space for improved cleaning of all products including tenting.
Party Reflections has continued to remain open during this time in support of the medical and food and beverage industries. The showrooms in all locations will re-open to the public beginning May 11 by appointment only. An official grand opening event will be held in each city later in 2020.
