Crown Point Enterprises Inc. acquires Lendable Linens

Crown Point Enterprises Inc., Eighty Four, Pa., dba All Occasions Party Rental and Marbella Event Furniture & Décor Rental, acquired Lendable Linens, Monroeville, Pa., a national linen provider, in late April as part of the company’s latest expansion move.

“This acquisition now gives us the ability to increase our presence in the linen sector, and we look forward to serving customers with a full spectrum of rental products,” said Crown Point chief operating officer Jason Brown in a press release.

The acquisition comes on the heels of Crown Point’s purchase of Be Seated, Akron, Ohio.

“We have partnered on several projects with Lendable Linens over the last three decades,” said Art Brown, Crown Point Enterprises chief executive officer. “We believe this is the perfect union of three well-respected event companies as we continue to grow both our inventory and client base within the Crown Point Family.”

Lendable’s inventory and staff will remain at its Monroeville location.
