Crown Point Enterprises Inc., operating as All Occasions Party Rental and Marbella Event Furniture & Décor Rental, with locations in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Columbus, has acquired the assets of Be Seated in Akron, Ohio.
The acquisition supports Crown Point’s strategy, as the company expands its reach in the North East region of the United States. The purchase will provide the company with additional inventory and staffing capabilities that will allow Crown Point to strengthen its brand throughout Ohio. The Akron location will act as an operations center to complement the Pittsburgh headquarters and regional showrooms.
“The purchase of Be Seated with their known presence in the Akron-Canton and Cleveland markets, coupled with our current Cleveland and Columbus business, complements our strategy of expanding across the state of Ohio,” said Jason Brown, owner and COO of Crown Point Enterprises.
Crown Point Enterprises is comprised of All Occasions Party Rental and its sister company, Marbella Event Furniture & Decor Rental. Both companies act as full-service event rental companies, providing an extensive range of rental items and equipment in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, New York and Washington D.C.

Be Seated has been in the event rental business for more than 10 years and is known for specializing in furniture and decor to produce stylish weddings and events in the Ohio market. Neil Leeson, former owner of Be Seated, has refocused to life coaching and event planning. Drew Wilsford will continue to serve as the sales and operations manager of the Akron location.
