Party Reflections Inc. acquires Southern Event Rental

Party Reflections Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., has acquired Greensboro, N.C.-based Southern Event Rental. The expansion into the Triad region of North Carolina strengthens Party Reflections’ position as a regional brand in the Carolinas. The 59-year-old company has locations in Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C., and Columbia, S.C.

“My parents started the company in 1958 with core values based on family, faith, and service,” says Dan Hooks, president and CEO. “This acquisition is a wonderful opportunity for us to extend our Party Reflections family and continue to build on those beliefs.”

The acquisition will help Party Reflections bring a more diverse inventory to the market including larger tent offerings, as well as a broader selection of linen and tabletop items. The additional inventory and staffing capabilities from Southern Event Rental will allow Party Reflections to pursue larger events throughout the Carolinas and select national markets.
