Peachtree Tents & Events acquires three companies

Peachtree Tents & Events, along with its capital and mezzanine partners, Gemini Investors and Resolute Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of three companies. Peachtree will be expanding its brand throughout the Southeast. Tents Unlimited, Event Flooring Solutions and Event Rentals Unlimited were the companies acquired, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. Peachtree founders Joe Freedman and Jeff Terry, along with Mark Pasterik of Glenwood Enterprises and Enterprise Bank, joined Gemini Investors and Resolute Capital Partners in completing the investment.
