Rose Brand Inc. acquires Swag Décor

Rose Brand Inc., has acquired Swag Décor, a Florida-based event and venue décor company.

Swag Décor specializes in providing event décor to the Florida market and has recently doubled the size of its business. Swag Décor offerings include event décor design, rental drapes, and custom décor products.

“Our joint organization will help us better serve the customers of both companies,” says Swag Décor president Shane Myers.

Swag Décor will maintain its name while adding the reference to its new parent company in its logo, “Swag Décor, a Rose Brand Company™.”

Rose Brand Inc. is a New Jersey-based company that provides theatrical fabrics, custom stage drapery, custom sewn creations and production supplies for the live entertainment, film, TV, display and event industries.
