Tent industry veterans form new ownership group

Event industry veterans Dan Nolan III, Sam Wodetzki and Arnie Seyden announce the formation of a new ownership group and the purchase of the Atlanta, Ga., based companies Tents Unlimited Inc., Event Rentals Unlimited Inc. and Event Flooring Unlimited Inc.

The establishment of this management group represents a commitment to the company’s continued development within the Atlanta market, the Southeast U.S. and a growing national service footprint, according to a press release from the companies.

“Our current staff has the talent, resources and experience necessary to continue to fuel the phenomenal growth the companies have seen over the last 10 years,” Nolan says. “We intend to expand our operational footprint and continue to offer the clients of our companies the most renowned service in the business.”

Nolan is a third generation rental industry veteran with 23 years of experience. A majority of Nolan’s work has been guiding Tents Unlimited Inc. into the position of a national leader in innovative tenting solutions. In 2006 Nolan led a team of industry professionals to establish Event Rentals Unlimited Inc.

Wodetzki is a fourth generation rental industry veteran with 22 years of experience and a background in financial management with concentration in operational efficiencies and sales. Wodetzki’s career was established with American Pavilion Inc. of Danville, Ill.

Seyden is a rental industry veteran with 21 years of experience. He’s spent the last 10 years leading the sales force for both Tents Unlimited Inc. and Event Rentals Unlimited Inc. A background in his family’s rental business, RSVP Rentals of Hilton Head Island, S.C., gives him a unique insight into the core values of client service.
