In memoriam: Dave King

Dave King of All Seasons Tent Sales, Grandview, Mo., passed away July 25 due to complications from bone cancer. King joined the company 15 years ago as a catering and rental event coordinator, and later worked in tent sales. A memorial on the company’s website notes: “Dave never failed to show up on a [Kansas City] Chiefs’ Sunday to manage as many as 12 events at one time. … In the rental division of the company, we knew that when Dave was on a job site, things would be done properly. His depth of knowledge in tents carried over to his ability to sell tents, which greatly contributed to the success of our tent sales division.”
