Bright Event Rentals, Los Angeles, has acquired Texas-based Peerless Events & Tents, with locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
Bright Event Rentals, which has warehouses and showrooms throughout California and Arizona, said it is expanding to take advantage of the Texas event market.
“Over the last 10 years, we have worked to build the nation’s leading special event rental company, distinguished by quality, service, safety and innovation.
