Party Reflections, Charlotte, N.C., has acquired Party Time Rentals, Charlotte.

We are looking forward to spending more time with our family and wish Party Reflections much continued success. We cannot thank our clients and employees enough for the years of hard work and successful event production.”
Party Time Rentals has provided special event equipment and services to the Carolinas since 1984, servicing local schools and universities, nonprofit events, sporting events, corporate galas, weddings and other social gatherings.

Party Reflections says it is continuing to grow and expand in all its markets across the Carolinas. With locations in Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Raleigh, N.C., and Columbia, S.C., the company employs more than 150 people and operates out of more than 330,000 sq. ft. of warehouses in the Carolinas and services events from PGA tournaments to private backyard weddings.
Latek Capital Corp. was retained as a fiscal advisor to the buyer.
