MRE Partners has completed an investment in Curated Events, Raleigh, N.C., an event service provider in the eastern U.S. Curated offers a large and diverse rental selection in the southeast. The company also offers a unique set of planning options and additionally offers large-scale and customized tent structures for luxury events nationwide through its Skyline Tent Co. brand.

Moving forward, and in partnership with MRE, Curated is looking to execute an aggressive growth plan via organic initiatives and acquisitions. MRE partnered with Blue Marlin Partners, Stonehenge Capital, Cohesive Capital, and UMB Financial.
Dubin Clark launched the Curated Events platform in February 2017 and subsequently led the acquisition of eight add-ons to build scale, service offerings and geographic reach. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
