Tent Expo 2021 postponed to January 2022

Industry News | June 22, 2020 | By:

Tent Expo 2021 has been postponed to January 2022. Tent Rental Division (TRD) chairman Michael Tharpe released the following statement:

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our members hard and changed the way in which we do business in today’s environment. As your association, TRD has felt your pain and has listened to your issues and concerns in supporting the tenting industry.

At this time we feel that it is in the best interest of both our rental and vendor members to postpone Tent Expo 2021 to 2022. This will give us all time to reflect and move toward the future with the way we do business. We look forward to January 2022, when we can toast to a new beginning in the industry we are all so passionate about.

To be proactive, we continue to create programming to keep the association strong and provide you the latest tools for navigating this evolving pandemic. This includes the new world of PPE, proper cleaning techniques and other business recommendations.

Our goal is to remain a positive influence on our members and the tent industry as we all move to open the economy and get people back to planning outdoor events. To do so we must work together and remain strong for it to be successful. We look forward to promoting new ideas and hearing from you. Please forward suggestions to Jill Newman (IFAI education and events manager, on how TRD can further assist your efforts in moving forward.

Our devoted team looks forward to hearing from you. See you in Daytona for Tent Expo 2022!
