The biennial event of the Tent Rental Division (TRD) of IFAI features robust education, valuable networking and fun. Highlights will include:
The TRD Experience: Educational sessions are back and better than ever. Venture outside for an event that will be informative and entertaining. Groups of eight will embark on a trek around the property by golf cart. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about TRD, its members and the industry at large, all while having fun. Find hidden watering holes and compete in fun tent-related challenges. Be the first to arrive at the final destination to claim the title “IFAI Tent Masters.”
Rodeo: The arena will come alive for a private TRD Westgate Rodeo. This thrilling event will include bull riding, trick riding and barrel racing. There may even be a TRD surprise or two.
Dinner in the saloon: Kick back in your boots and network while enjoying a great meal in the western-themed saloon. Mechanical bull riding optional!
Cookout: Enjoy an old-fashioned cookout in the East Corral, equipped with picnic tables, firepit and authentic food.
