Hogan tent stakes feature a patented “heat drawn” point rather than a pencil-sharpened or cut point. They are bar heated, pointed and cooled, a process that changes the composition of the steel to make it harder and stronger. Stake heads are heat forged, not welded. The stakes are manufactured from a high carbon/high alloy-grade steel rolled specifically for the product—not “off the shelf” steel. Recommended for anchoring canopies, event tents, structures and inflatables.
