Ultimate Textile, Paterson, N.J., has introduced a new two-week model for national linen subrentals. The extension of a subrental period from one to two weeks allows extra time for rental companies to service their customers, and is an industry first, according to the company.
“Customers can be more at ease without having to worry about late fees — it changes the game,” said Perry Glickman, vice president of sales.
