To qualify for the drawing, you must leave your name and email address, and you must vote using an email address associated with a tent rental company. Suppliers and non-industry voters are not eligible for the prize drawing.

All companies listed on the ballot received votes in that category in previous years, but feel free to write-in any company by choosing “Other” on the list.

Please note that voting is limited to ONE VOTE PER TENT/EVENT RENTAL COMPANY. Only the FIRST vote cast by a company owner or employee of a tent or event rental company will be counted. Any subsequent votes will be discarded.
