The company is is fully certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and has it’s own dedicated in-house Quality Department, continually working to improve the quality in every aspect of product and service.
The company’s own in-house production centre is a 64,000m² state-of-the-art facility that was designed specifically to accommodate high volume manufacturing of a large and diverse product range. Although the facility can accommodate volume, the procedures, processes, staff, machinery and equipment are all kept to a high consistent and regularly inspected standard.
The main frame components are all produced using an advanced precision-controlled process on one of 6 Computer Numerically Controlled robotic machines and then finished by hand.
