Ideal Rent-All acquires Pacific Party Canopies

Ideal Rent-All, Mount Vernon, Wash., a general equipment rental company located north of Seattle, has acquired Pacific Party Canopies, Burlington, Wash. The acquisition was effective July 13 and will carry forward the legacy of clean, high-quality event rental equipment established by Greg Greenfield. The acquisition gives Ideal Rental-All the ability to broaden its portfolio of services from festivals, weddings and refinery turnarounds. The company will retain Pacific Party Canopies associates so current customers can continue using the same event rental professionals since 1987. Ideal Rent-All will help Pacific Party Canopies grow with more resources, equipment and support, the company says.
