New York Tent acquires PTG Event Services

New York Tent has announced that it has acquired PTG Event Services of Bethpage, N.Y. As part of the agreement, New York Tent will integrate PTG’s rental inventory, systems and staff to further strengthen the company’s position in the New York Metro marketplace. New York Tent will maintain headquarters in Bohemia, N.Y., and close PTG’s facilities in Bethpage, N.Y. PTG’s legacy will continue under the New York Tent name.
