| ATA’s Tent Rental Division (TRD) announced the official dates for Tent Expo 2024. This event is regarded as the premier event in the tent rental industry. Mark your calendars for Jan. 9-11, 2024, at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL, USA, for this highly anticipated event. You may have seen previously promoted dates of Jan. 16-18, but the show has moved up exactly one week earlier to officially take place Jan. 9-11. The location has also been slightly adjusted to take place at the Daytona International Speedway, just outside of the track by Gate 40. Turn 1 of the track will be the backdrop of Tent Expo 2024. The area for the show includes over 200,000 sq. ft. of show space, giving vendors plenty of room to set up their impressive tent displays. “Embrace the thrill of change as the ATA Tent Expo moves to its new location to the Daytona Speedway,” says TRD Vice Chair Nick Deninno of Block and Roll/B&R Innovations. “While the Expo area may be a little further, we find ourselves at the heart of excitement, with the roar of engines in the background. Get ready to be inspired by the speed, power and energy that surrounds us as we embark on a memorable journey in the world of Tents.” Attendees can look forward to a wide range of engaging activities and educational opportunities at Tent Expo 2024. This event features state-of-the-art, large scale tent displays, exciting social activities, and educational presentations from industry leaders addressing key challenges and opportunities in the tent rental market. “Yes, the date has changed and the tent site location slightly, but the excitement of returning to Daytona is on high alert,” says TRD Chairman Steve Belliveau of Anchor Industries. “Having the Speedway as our direct backdrop to our very spacious new tent site will more than make up for the little further distance from our same two host hotels as in 2022. Attendees will no doubt feel the energy of the historic Daytona Speedway which will give us all a jump start for a super charged time of education, tire kicking of tents and related products, and of course plenty time to interact with new and old industry friends.” Tent Expo provides a unique opportunity for attendees to connect directly with leading manufacturers, explore the latest product offerings, and discover new business partnerships that can propel their business to new heights.
