Event management software upgrade offers improved efficiency

• The weekly job view has been enhanced to a monthly view to allow users to see activity further out at a quick glance.
• A new entry method allows users to bring in multiple items within specific categories simultaneously.
• IntelliEvent has partnered with the largest credit card processing company in the world and can now process payments directly through the system.
• Proposals may be emailed right out of IntelliEvent through Microsoft Outlook.
• Links to Mapquest allow for smooth deliveries to ensure that deadlines are kept.

IntelliEvent provides its tent and party rental partners with the tools necessary to run a more efficient operation as well as the reports needed to analyze the factors involved in becoming more profitable.
