IntelliEvent acquires customer base of Tentmaker software

Rental management software supplier IntelliEvent has acquired the customer base of Tentmaker software. Gretchen Potter, president of Codesmiths Inc. and founder and developer of Tentmaker software, began development of the Tentmaker software in the early 1980s.

“Gretchen would love to be able to support her customers forever, however, for health reasons she cannot,” says Don Romeka, IntelliEvent CEO. “Thus she was hoping that someday a company would come along with her sense of commitment to this [niche] market and take care of her customers. That day has come. IntelliEvent has successfully created a tool with Gretchen’s help to convert the Tentmaker data.”
