PS Furniture makes greener chairs
InTents | June 2009
PS Furniture, formerly known as Palmer Snyder, has increased the recycled content of its model C450 Wedding Classic™ folding chair. This chair features a proprietary 2-part co-injection molding process that makes the chair lighter, stronger and a more brilliant white than similar chairs. This 2-part molded construction now uses 100 percent recycled plastic to manufacture the chair’s core and seat insert components. The result is that this model now has a more than 30 percent recycled content, with none of the key performance features of the chair—its brilliant white exterior, its strength or its light weight—adversely affected by the use of post-industrial waste.
